Facebook Swipe File - Senior Living

Biggest problem is probably differentiating. All the high-end assisted living and memory care communities have these really nice pictures and use the same feel-good, fluffy language.

We need something to move users to take action.

This has always been the problem. We can move traffic to the page, but can never get them to take action - schedule a tour or contact Kensington. This is the core challenge with the spend in the past.

I think all of these examples probably have the same issue. Most don't even have a CTA or link to a page. I think most of these are content with the brand awareness that it brings. Kensington has always been hooked on leads (sorry, I think we conditioned that) so they are not really patient with anything that doesn't get measured on a CPA-basis.
